Traveling with children doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your plans or peace of mind. At Elegant Event Sitters, Inc., we provide professional, vetted childcare in the comfort of your hotel room—so you can enjoy your time away, knowing your little ones are in safe, loving hands.

What’s Included:

• Fully screened, background-checked sitters

• Engaging, age-appropriate activities (optional)

• Flexible scheduling (daytime, evenings, or overnight care)

• Safety-focused supervision in your hotel room or suite

• Emergency backup sitter options available

• $40.00 for 1 child
• $43 for 2 children
• $46.00 3 children

4+ children require an additional sitter, please call for rates.

There is a $40.00 booking fee required per family.  4 Hour minimum.

With Classic Care, every detail is managed so parents can fully enjoy the event while children are safe, engaged, and entertained.

Signature Care builds upon Classic Care with elevated attention to detail and enhanced guestexperience. 

Thoughtfully selected sitters offer a refined level of service, ensuring children are
not only supervised, but genuinely cared for in a warm, structured, and engaging setting.

This package is perfect for weddings and events where childcare is an intentional part of the
guest experience—providing comfort for families and confidence for hosts.

Signature Care offers an elevated, activity-rich childcare experience designed to complement your wedding celebration. 

From setup to breakdown, children are cared for by qualified caregivers and enjoy a full meal, snacks, and beverages, interactive face painting, curated games and toys, group activities, two themed crafts per child, an Animal Stuffing Station, and a thoughtfully assembled favor box—all within a cohesive, playful theme.

Signature Care ensures children have a fun, structured, and memorable evening while parents relax and enjoy the celebration, confident that every detail is professionally handled.

Elite Care is our all-inclusive, concierge-level childcare experience designed for couples who want every detail handled flawlessly. 

From setup to breakdown, your little guests are guided through a thoughtfully curated, activity-rich evening by highly qualified caregivers, ensuring parents can fully enjoy the celebration.

Children enjoy a full meal, snacks, and beverages; live entertainment with a professional
entertainer and balloon artist; games, toys, and structured group activities; two crafts per child; an Animal Stuffing Station; a Video Game Station or Mobile Video Game Truck; custom cupcakes; and a take-home favor.

Elite Care also includes:
