Traveling with children doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your plans or peace of mind. At Elegant Event Sitters, Inc., we provide professional, vetted childcare in the comfort of your hotel room—so you can enjoy your time away, knowing your little ones are in safe, loving hands.

What’s Included:

• Fully screened, background-checked sitters

• Engaging, age-appropriate activities (optional)

• Flexible scheduling (daytime, evenings, or overnight care)

• Safety-focused supervision in your hotel room or suite

• Emergency backup sitter options available

• $30.00 for 1 child
• $33..00 2 children
• $36.00 3 children

4+ children require an additional sitter, please call for rates.

There is a $30.00 booking fee required per family. 4 Hour minimum.

Corporate Pricing

Working parents are always looking for ways to include the kids when traveling for business. By providing child care for your employees or convention attendees, you are going to increase attendance and put the parents at ease knowing that their little ones are nearby. Elegant Event Sitters, Inc. can provide all of the entertainment to keep the kids busy while the parents are attending seminars. We have several options including a Kid’s Camp with structured activities for all age groups, as well as off-site excursions for school aged children. We have a very specialized list of vendors will provide educational workshops and entertainment.

Providing child care for corporate retreats and parties is a great way to increase attendance.

Kids’ Reception® Packages

Super Sitter (4 hours)

This package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; professional face painting; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; dinner, snacks and a beverage for each child; and a favor box.

Starting at $1500.00 for up to 10 children

Precious Cargo (4 hours)

This upgraded package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; dinner, snacks and a beverage for each child; professional face painting; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; Animal Stuffing Station; a theme and a favor box.

Starting at $2100.00 for up to 10 children

Sugar and Spice (4 hours)

This premium package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; an organic meal, snacks and juice for each child; professional face painting; balloon artist; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; Animal Stuffing Station; a theme; Wii Station; custom cupcakes and a favor box.
