Traveling with children doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your plans or peace of mind. At Elegant Event Sitters, Inc., we provide professional, vetted childcare in the comfort of your hotel room—so you can enjoy your time away, knowing your little ones are in safe, loving hands.

What’s Included:

• Fully screened, background-checked sitters

• Engaging, age-appropriate activities (optional)

• Flexible scheduling (daytime, evenings, or overnight care)

• Safety-focused supervision in your hotel room or suite

• Emergency backup sitter options available

• $30.00 for 1 child
• $35..00 2 children
• $40  3 children

4+ children require an additional sitter, please call for rates.

There is a $35.00 booking fee required per family.  4 Hour minimum.

Super Sitter (4 hours)

This package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; professional face painting; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; and a favor box.

Starting at $1800.00 for up to 10 children

Precious Cargo (4 hours)

This upgraded package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; dinner, snacks and a beverage for each child; professional face painting; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; Animal Stuffing Station; a theme and a favor box.

Starting at $2500.00 for up to 10 children

Sugar and Spice (4 hours)

This premium package includes: set up and break down; qualified caregivers; an organic meal, snacks and juice for each child; professional face painting; balloon artist; games; toys; group activities; 2 crafts per child; Animal Stuffing Station; a theme; Video Game Station; custom cupcakes and a favor box.

Starting at $3200.00 for up to 10 children
